Album Covers

Ive worked with some great musicians and producers in recent years, coming up with a variety of differnt cover designs and styles to suit their genre of music. The majority of the musicians that approach me are from the Lo-Fi/ Chillhop genre. I am lucky that I get enough commissions each month that I can be quite picky with who I work with. I always strive to create unique concepts and will never repeat the same type of illustration twice……This is tricky within the Lo-Fi genre, as ‘Bedroom scenes’ are the no1 request.

ROXY BALLROOM and Roxy Lanes

Over the past year, I have been working under fellow artist Eject to help paint the interiors of these gigantic multi-game venues. The sites are too grand to document in photo format, but linked below are some videos Roxy have created to promote these venues. So far I have worked on sites in Bristol, Sheffield, Birmingham, Cardiff and Edinburgh, and will working full time on new sites throughout the rest of the year. I have become a connoisseur of fry-ups across the country and feel like Brewdog should really sponsor us, as they manage to take a small cut of my wages each week.

Festival Map Design

Over the past 5+ years I have been creating festival maps for various events. My biggest clients for these maps have been Abode and Pollen. Each map is created so that every element can be drag and dropped if the festival layout was to change before the event. I have also been commissioned to create promotional maps that are used more to advertise the festival instead of being an actual map of the site. Ive worked on so many of these over the years, but here is a selection of different styled maps.

Pintor Pilot Pens x Global Street Art

I took part in the ‘Personalisation Series’ in collaboration with Pintor Pilot Pens and Global Street Art. This was a video series created to showcase the Pintor Pilot range and the types of surfaces the pens could be used on. In this video I customised a fire extinguisher, whilst talking about my design process and the inspiration. behind this Luchadore themed art piece. Here is a link to that video as well as the photoshoot by Matt Bowen.

Street Art City Artist residency

In 2018, I was invited to take part in a residency at Street Art City, France. During my residency I was tasked with designing and painting a room in their abandoned Hotel 128. This hotel was made up of 128 rooms, each designed by a different artist. This now acts as a museum/gallery that is open to the public. The room I chose to create was a strange fish inspired theme entitled ‘Fishtopia’. I made a couple videos of the process as it was tricky to get photos using my 2018 potato phone.

Vans Custom Culture Design Competition

This was the pair of trainers I hand painted for the Vans Custom Culture Design competition. This was a competition that was open to entires from artists across Europe. All submitted designs were then wrapped on a 3d computer generated trainer and the public then voted on a top 100. A judging panel then narrowed it down to 10 artists, who would then paint their designs on a pair of white Authentic vans. I didn’t win the competition, but was one of the runners up. This was the pair that I designed.
